The Solomon Islands is one of the first nations to adopt an integrated national financing framework (INFF). With help from INTOSAI, the Solomon Islands’ Auditor's Office performed a thorough review of the activities, programmes and policies in place to action the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the achievement of the SDGs.

This report demonstrates the role that national independent auditing and supervision authorities can play in the early stages of an INFF. It provides a focused analysis of the Solomon Islands’ financing strategy, its institutional coordination, the appropriateness of its public financial management system and the involvement of stakeholders.
